It gives us a starting point for which we will base our design concepts for your final approval.

By beginning service and submitting payment you hereby agree to the following service terms and conditions. You understand that these terms are an industry standard and must be implemented to protect ALR Enterprises International here-in referred to as “US” and “OUR” and to also protect the rights of the client, here-in referred to as “YOU” or “YOUR”.
- The total requested deposit if any, of the total quoted to you, is due and payable immediately to commence the service. The remaining balance of the total cost quoted or any balance of additional fees incurred for additional services added, will become due within 30 days of completion.
- Canceling our services within 24 hours from the date of requested service will incur no penalty. However, cancelling after such time and after the services have begun you will incur a $100 cancellation fee and the balance of your deposit or payment will be refunded to you. Failure to cancel our services within 72 hours will result in the loss of your total deposit, because we will have invested a considerable amount time and effort into your project.
- Your website comes standard with a content management system, which means you will be able to easily make changes to your own content, as well as adding and or removing pages, etc. You will have an administrative user interface from which to control all aspects of your new website.
- If you wish to purchase a limited updates plan, please contact us with your request, and you will be billed $299.99 for an entire year. The updates will only include adding or removing text content, adding or removing pages and configuring navigation menus. Any additional changes or changes exceeding 1 hour per month will be billed at the standard rate of $49.99 per hour with a half hour minimum rate that exceeds the first included hour.
- If you should require technical assistance in updating your website, adding content, removing content, adding additional pages, installing or configuring plugins, configuring navigation menus, adding images, adding videos, or correcting un-intentional errors, etc. You will be billed $49.99 per hour with a 1/2 hour minimum.
- Your first 12 months of hosting is included. A hosting service renewal fee is billed 30 days before your anniversary date currently billed at $99.99 for an additional 12 months. If your payment is not received by the due date, your website will be taken offline and a $35.00 re-instatement fee will be assessed. If payment is not received within 45 days after renewal date, your website will be deleted from our server.
- Should you wish to transfer your hosting services from us to another provider, a $39.99 transfer fee will apply. Once your request and payment is received, we will initiate said transfer within 48 hours. This fee will cover the first domain name if we have registered more than one on your behalf. Any additional domain names requiring a transfer will be an additional $10.00.
- If you submit or provide your own artwork, logos, or images of any kind you are certifying that you own the rights to use said material. Should a copyright violation occur you accept full responsibility for such infringement. We are not responsible or will be a party to any such violations.
- We guarantee your website will be completed within 14 days or your web hosting is free for an additional 6 months. We are confident you will enjoy your new site and we thank you for the opportunity to serve you!
